A great success for Mr Sutee of Thailand in the Asia Cross Country Rally

Using YSS shock absorber on his motorcycle

The 10th of August this year saw the start of the famous and gruelling Flex Asia Cross Country Rally.

The Rally route is designed to cover a great distance through a wide diversity of environments, in order to throw all kinds of different terrains and surfaces at the drivers and riders and really test their mettle.

It includes deserts where the riders have to cope with sand and dust, swamps with treacherous mud and unreliable roads, jungles, rivers of unknown depths to ford and whatever other surprises the territory can deliver.

The rally is a real test of the resources of the riders and drivers and their machines, pushing the participants to the limits of skill, navigation and endurance.

This year the Rally started at the Phira circuit in Chonburi province in Thailand and crossed Srakaew province, Buriram province and Ubonratchathani province. It finally ended on August 16th at Pakse in Laos, after covering a tough 2,200 kilometers in its six day run.

In the Moto Cross Division the overall winner of this tough and hardcore race was team number #114 Mr Sumaetee Trakulchai (Ap Honda / Honda CRF 250L) from Thailand, and the motorcycle he rode had a YSS shock absorber.
