AJP Motos donate motorcycle to MAG raffle
MAG are being given a motorcycle as a raffle prize to celebrate their 40th birthday
AJP motorcycles have donated a motorcycle to the Motorcycle Action Group for its 40th birthday raffle. The Bike in question is a supermotard version of the marque's popular PR3 range in a 125cc capacity. Worth £2650, the bike will be raffled alongside other prizes for the organization's 40th Birthday.
AJP's marketing manager Craig Whitney said:
"This is an ideal way for us to promote the brand while generating some worthwhile funds for MAG. We'll continue to support MAG in whatever way we can, as we believe it is key in protecting and promoting motorcycling in the UK. Manufacturers need to get behind MAG's efforts and I hope our gesture will inspire others in the Industry to follow suit"
MAG Director Neil Liversage graciously accepted the bike saying:
"AJP are a small but exciting brand and we're more than grateful for their donation of a bike. It will go on display at the MAG stand at all our major rallies and at the NEC Motorcycle Live show this year. There was a great deal of interest in it last weekend at Yorkshire MAG's Farmyard Party event. We hope it will encourage other industry players to get on board with what we're doing to promote motorcycling and advance Riders Rights in the UK. The much needed funds it generates will help us to continue our lobbying work in London and Brussels, to defeat poorly thought out and sometimes downright dangerous political proposals that would otherwise harm biking."
