Roland Brown becomes Telegraph motorcycle correspondent

Roland Brown takes over at The Telegraph as motorcycling correspondent

Roland Brown has taken over at the Telegraph as their new motorcycle correspondent.

Roland has been a full-time motorcycle journalist since 1982, with previous roles including deputy editor of Bike magazine. He went freelance in 1989 and has written about ten books about - you guessed it - motorcycling...

Starting with a moped at the age of sixteen, Roland has been a motorcyclist for a total of thirty-seven years! He even had a motorcycle race career at international level during the 1980s.

Roland will write motorcycle content both in print and online for The Telegraph's Motoring Section.

Paul Hudson, Acting Head of Motoring at the Telegraph, said:

"We are, of course, delighted that a journalist of Roland's pedigree has joined the Telegraph as its motorcycle correspondent.

He brings a wealth of experience to Telegraph Motoring, which is still the only national newspaper supplement to provide dedicated motorcycling coverage every Saturday. He is well known and highly respected amongst his peers and the industry and will further enhance the Motoring section's motorcycle content in print and online."
