Can I still order from you?
Yes, we are still dispatching all UK and international online orders.
What are your delivery times?
You can view our estimated delivery times here, please be aware that during the second lockdown in the UK there may still be delays due to reduced services from our delivery partners.
Our warehouse is also operating to strict health and safety measures. We are all doing our best to assist you by providing as swift yet safe a service as possible and we're very grateful for your patience.
Is your trade counter still open?
Yes. Our trade counter has is open and operating with social distancing measures in place. Maximum two customers at a time. Our current shop opening times are Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm
What hours can I contact you?

What if I need to return an item?

Will you have enough stock to fulfil my order?
We hold vast quantities of stock at our UK warehouse as standard to ensure the swift fulfilment of orders. That being said, we have suppliers across the globe and while most are still operating on their usual service, a few have been closed or are still closed during this time.
The traffic light system on our website should give you a clear indication of the stock levels of a particular product. If you have any questions regarding stock of an item which is marked as out of stock, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to advise you as quickly as possible.
Is it safe to receive my parcel?
Public Health England advises that people receiving parcels are not put at any additional risk of contracting Covid-19.
Our warehouse team and delivery partners are following strict health and safety measures to ensure the safety of themselves and our customers. Is it advised that those receiving parcels adopt a safe hygiene routine such as washing hands with soap and hot water after handling packaging.
Is it safe for your staff?
The safety of our staff is of the utmost importance to us. We are asking those who can work from home to do so. Everyone who is in the at-risk category is also at home and safe.
Safety measures are in place for those whose work requires them to operate from our warehouses such as our dispatch team, including but not limited to increased handwashing, the wearing of PPE and practising social distancing.
Why should I order parts during this time?
We understand that a motorcycle is the only mode of transport for a lot of our customers and being able to stay on the road is essential to them so that they can get supplies for themselves or loved ones, or travel to work or for exercise.
For many, being at home is not only the safest option but the only option. We believe this makes it the perfect time to get those little jobs done to your bike that you might have been putting off, or for some, to embark on a whole new bike project. Whether it's a bit of tinkering you're doing or a whole rebuild, we're here to help.

Supporting Our NHS
Our NHS is working tirelessly to support Covid-19 patients and others in need of medical help at this time, and we would like to do our bit to help.
Where possible, we are offering a small discount to our customers who work for the NHS to thank them for their brilliant work. Please get in touch with us if you would like to receive a quote on your order. Note, we would require some proof of employment.
